Key Account Manager

Galaxy Weblinks is looking for a dynamic and competent account management leader to cater to the success of its key client accounts. You will be a key liaison between clients, business development, and technology teams.

Technical Skills:

10 + years of operations experience supporting sales or account management teams within an IT professional services organization

Must have been a part of client-facing roles for at least 5 years.

Must have been responsible for handling large size accounts

Multitasking with perfection in each account requires focus, prioritization, and excellent follow-through

Strong interpersonal and computer competency in Outlook, Excel, PPT, Organising meetings and stakeholder managment

High on Analytical, Networking, and Technology application orientation

Observe and find ways to increase business and meet clients’ happy

Responsibilities:

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Enable customer success team productivity by supporting streamlining and continuous maintenance of customer success tools and assets like CRM, Jira, playbooks, dashboards, and other templates and support scaling by suggesting optimizations, automation, eliminating redundancies, etc.

The manager will also lead the efforts to build relationships of trust at multiple levels within an account and develop a clear understanding of their business needs.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Present additional offerings to clients, emphasizing how they can benefit from them.

Perform account mining to grow current revenue streams.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders

Other Tasks may be assigned, based on the relevant skills and prior experience

A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and can proactively identify issues/ opportunities & and provide recommended actions.

Experience : 10 – 15 Years

Location : Remote (India)

Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience
