We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Odoo Manager / Lead with extensive development experience on the Odoo Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of Odoo core modules, along with expertise in Python, XML, and JavaScript. As an Odoo Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading Odoo developments, coordinating with the Project Manager team, and ensuring on-time deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for Odoo developments, including requirement analysis, time estimation, code review, testing, performance tuning, system stability, and security.

Monitor and analyze the live system proactively to ensure system stability, performance, and identify any potential malfunctions in the business flow and logical implementation.

Identify the root cause and severity of any failures and coordinate with the Project Delivery team, Business Process team, and Technical team for the remedy.

Coordinate and assist the Project Manager team in technical demonstrations and conference room pilots to validate the technical design and explore gap resolution options.

Act as a bridge and translator between functional requests and the technical development team to ensure feasibility analysis and set realistic expectations for internal customer demands.

Lead solution architecture for Odoo application enhancements and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Odoo platform and recommend improvements and optimizations.

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo core modules, including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules.

Proficient in Odoo Template/Theme Creation and capable of handling JavaScript-related tasks.

Strong understanding of Odoo APIs, ORM methods, Python, XML, and JS.

Familiarity with API integrations and Qweb and Excel Reports.

Experience with relational database management systems, such as PostgreSQL..

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
