We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Manual Engineer with strong expertise in mobile testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our web and mobile products through structured and detail-oriented manual testing processes.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for mobile and web applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing of mobile apps(Android & iOS), including installation, UI/UX validation, functional testing, regression testing, and compatibility testing.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects clearly using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate API responses using tools like Postman (basic knowledge).
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and timely reporting on test progress and quality metrics.
• Participate in review meetings, provide QA insights, and suggest process improvements.
• Work in an agile environment with frequent releases and iterative development cycles.

• 3–6years of hands-on manual QA experience, with strong emphasis on mobile app testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience testing native and hybrid mobile applications.
• Good exposure to Android/iOS platforms, device testing, screen resolution checks, and OS-level validations.
• Proficiency in writing clear, comprehensive test cases and documentation.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman).
• Familiarity with basic automation concepts (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of mobile debugging tools (ADB commands, Xcode logs).
• Exposure to performance or security testing (bonus).
