BD Lead – Demand Generation

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving business growth and have a proven track record of delivering results in IT services sales, specifically in lead generation and demand generation for custom web and mobile app services in the US and Europe.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a majority of that experience specifically in IT services sales, focusing on lead generation and demand generation in the US and other international markets.

Proven proficiency with LinkedIn/Navigator and experience in running bulk LinkedIn/email campaigns to generate leads in the target geographies.

Good understanding of SDLC & web/mobile app development frameworks to effectively communicate and address client requirements.

Fluent in English with impeccable spelling and grammar, enabling effective communication with international clients.

Experience working with CRM and lead management tools is a plus, ensuring efficient tracking and management of leads.

Responsibilities:

Generate demands for enterprise-level overseas clients in emerging technologies for custom web and mobile app services, with a focus on the US and other international geographies.

Develop long-term strategic relationships with C-Level executives/decision-makers in the target regions.

Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through targeted lead generation and demand generation activities.

Write and format proposals that align with customer needs and requirements, showcasing our custom web and mobile app services.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by scheduling meetings with clients/potential customers

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories and channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

Develop and execute different sourcing channels apart from traditional ones to acquire new clients.

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets in lead generation and demand generation.
