Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in running automated cold email campaigns to drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in email marketing, email servers, and email deliverability. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Automated Cold Email Campaigns:

Design, develop, and implement automated cold email campaigns to target potential leads, ensuring consistent, high-quality outreach.

Create compelling email content and subject lines that capture the attention of recipients and encourage responses.

Manage and optimize email sequences for engagement and lead conversion.

List Building and Segmentation:

Identify and source potential leads by conducting market research and utilizing various data sources.

Segment lead lists based on relevant criteria such as industry, job title, and geographic location to ensure targeted outreach.

Email Server Management:

Configure and maintain email servers to handle large-scale email campaigns.

Monitor and troubleshoot email server issues, ensuring email deliverability and response rates are consistently high.

Email Deliverability:

Implement best practices to enhance email deliverability and minimize spam complaints.

Regularly monitor email performance metrics, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to improve delivery rates.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

Conduct A/B tests to refine email content, subject lines, and send times for maximum effectiveness.

Continuously optimize email campaigns based on performance data to achieve lead generation goals.

Compliance and Privacy:

Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant data protection and email marketing regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Use analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation strategies.


Proven experience in generating leads through automated cold email campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.

Strong understanding of email servers, SMTP, and email deliverability best practices.

Proficiency in list building, segmentation, and data sourcing techniques.

Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

Compliance knowledge related to email marketing regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
